We discovered several OLD stains when pulling u an area rug. Zerorez had cleaned a different room about a year ago. That outcome was great. Because the stains were so old, they still were faintly present. Zerorez didn't charge me a thing. He said it was only fair since he couldn't remove them completely. How refreshing to deal with an honest professional.

Your product is the highest of quality and quick drying. A competitor tried to get a rust stain out of the white carpet with no success, 5 years later, with the stain more set in, was removed by your product, amazing. The carpets haven't looked this good in a LONG time. Your technician was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He is an asset to your team. I've already recommended your services to several people. I will definitely use you in the future. Keep up the good work
