The carpets seem to be truly clean. The previous vendor that we had clean our carpets, about 5 years ago, was not able to get the heavily soiled areas at the feet of our living room chairs to look clean. Since then, of course, those areas became even more soiled. Your process cleaned those areas better than the previous vendor did 5 years ago! We did not expect that anyone would be able to completely eliminate the discoloration from those areas, as our carpet is very light colored, but your process came close, and we are very pleased about that!

I like the fact that you use a "green" cleaning process so there are no chemical smells while the carpet is drying. I was very happy with the drying time - plush carpet dry by the next morning.

Jesus was a very trustworthy man, he did a beautiful job explaining what he was going to do and then executed his plan. I have a few spots that were widened and we spoke about them and they do look bad, but they are from quite some time ago and we will live with them as long as the carpet is clean, we are happy.
