I was completely satisfied with how my living room carpet looked and smelled after the special pet treatment that was done. This carpet has been cleaned by at least 3 different cleaners and I could still smell urine/enzyme cleaner odor. Another part of my house had some recent "accidents" so we just did the basic cleaning. Although I still smell a bit of residue odor, it is still 90% better. I found my Zerorez cleaner (sorry, I am terrible with names)to be knowledgeable, honest and thorough. This is a great product and service!

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets twice. Both times they did an incredible job, moving furniture, lifting heavy items, removing all stains, and removing a lot of ground in dirt. The technicians were completely professional. I've actually tried other carpet cleaners in between Zerorez's two visits, and noticed no change in the floors after they came. Not so with Zerorez. My dingy carpeting looks like new again. Zerorez is worth the money.
