I like that our dog and kids could be playing on the carpet again after a short period of time to dry with no worry of harsh chemicals. The guy, Jamie I think, who came out to clean our carpets was very polite and explained all of our options well. He did a wonderful job cleaning our spots of concern and he even took a moment to listen to my 3 year old talk about her favorite movies (I had to interrupt her so he could continue working).
