I like the fact that you do not use chemicals to clean carpets. You are green. You will move furniture. You place clean towels on the floor for safety, and on banisters so the hose will not scratch the wood. The three step cleaning process is great. First the dirt is loosened, second the big brush scrubs the carpet, third the high PH water washes the carpet clean. I like the fact that my furniture was propped up after it was put back in its place to allow the carpet to dry properly. Great job!

The technician was very courteous, communicated that he could be early and completed the job in the timeframe he estimated. We had a sick kid in one of the rooms that needed to be cleaned, he understood and worked with us, making his the last room he completed.

It worked as it was stated that it would. The cleaner that was sent was friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was that only one person was sent and I was not sure how he was supposed to move furniture by himself. We had no problem helping out, just curious about how he could have moved the bigger pieces if we wouldn't have been able to help.

My carpet is clean when you leave and stays clean, the dirt doesn't resurface later. Also, the carpet is dry within a few hours.

We had some bad stains on our carpet that I knew that if I tried to clean my carpets myself, that I couldn't get them out. Jose worked extremely hard on getting them out. They didn't totally come out, but the carpet looks so much better! It's amazing. Jose is very professional, polite and extremely hard working. I will call them again for the next cleaning.

I like that you don't use harsh detergents or chemicals. We've had our carpets cleaned by other services in the past, and none were as thorough as Zerorez. The technician was professional and knowledgeable -the carpets look great.
