I like that our dog and kids could be playing on the carpet again after a short period of time to dry with no worry of harsh chemicals. The guy, Jamie I think, who came out to clean our carpets was very polite and explained all of our options well. He did a wonderful job cleaning our spots of concern and he even took a moment to listen to my 3 year old talk about her favorite movies (I had to interrupt her so he could continue working). The owner "Brad" was very helpful. His team was able to remove some very bad stains in our carpet. My carpet in my office always looked Gray. After Zerorez did our carpets I realized I had red carpet in my office. Great Job!!!!!
