Our technician is very knowledgeable and professional. He listens to our concerns and does an amazing job.
Prompt and professional service
Communication has never been a strong suit for you all. We wait a very long time for invoices, we try to reach you to confirm/clarify issues and it is almost impossible to do so. Your techs usually come in and do not let us know that they are here since they are escorted by a building rep. Only recently has your tech started to let us know when you are onsite and he seems bothered by having to do so. On Friday, April 28th a tech, our regular tech who performs bed bug prevention shows up and realizes his access is denied. It was denied because we did not know he was coming. He has not been here since October. Very poor communication all around.

In, the The last six months we had a service call scheduled and then a technician never showed up because the company sent him to another stop to fill in another persons place. Never got calls. I called several times and it just kept happening. Finally this past week I got my technician back and I hope this continues, very hard to get people in your office to verify if you’re getting someone or not and I only want my technician, not a substitute I had to send away to substitutes. The whole service should really be re-looked and studied. It shows that a new company has taken over and you got to get your act together.

We have a regular monthly service which pay for timely every month. However, we have constant problems. The walk through by Assured Environments employees usually last five minutes and many times by employees who are new and not familiar with the house. In general, the employees are not prepared for, or capable of, providing the service Assured Environments purports the provide. The mice are smarter. We, as a family, constantly find droppings and have to kill the mice ourselves because the "traps" put by Assured Environments are not effective. The only thing Assured Environments is capable of doing is to recommend that we pay for additional services (in addition to the monthly retainer we pay), which we have done in the past, but it didn't resolve the problems. We also received very uncourteous and unprofessional e-mail communications from Enver Mahmutovic. We are in the process of looking for a different exterminator for our monthly service, and to report what is frankly not right: Assured Environments seek payment for a service it cannot provide. That's called a scam. Very disappointing all together.

AS A HEALTH CARE FACILITY PROBLEMS WITH PEST CONTROL SHOULD ALWAYS BE ADDRESSED SAME DAY. PATIENTS AND STAFF EXPECT ALMOST IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. AT TIMES ASSURED DOES NOT RESPOND FOR 24 HOURS AND SOMETIMES WITHOUT INTERVENTION ON MY PART THE RESPONSE IS NOT WHAT A HEALTHCARE FACILTY EXPECTS AND IS NEEDED FOR PATIENT SATISFACTION.

Our technician, Carlos, is excellent. He understands the multifaceted areas around our building and Campus. He deals with Sister Residents, Students and Staff etc. with respect and kindness. The only issue we have is when he is not available and a sub comes to perform the regular work.
