We need something more upgraded and would actually works for our restaurant's, there was rat dropping on our counter tops, little roaches running around. We have to maintain a healthy environment for our customers.
We believe we have good relationship with Assured more than 15 years, but you are service is very poor customer support recently.

We have mice running from pallet to pallet. I saw one mouse around 6:45pm on the foods side of the building and I heard the member say ewww...It was so embarrassing.

But we expect a report as what have been done on the inspection. Did he find anything that needed attention? Usually the kids are home and they say they don’t know what have happened. So an email or a paper report would justify the inspection. Hope this would be done at the next inspection thanks
