I have always had a good working relationship with the tech's with Assured Exterminator. they have provided the JC office with good service.

Assured Environments has quality staff that care about the client.
It’s weird that that account manager and the monthly maintenance person don’t communicate about our account. We do 2 clean out services a year and 2 monthly maintenance services. The tech and my account manager dont treat pest control the same so who’s to say we are doing the right kinds of treatments in our office ? I also still have major pest sitings regardless of how much treatments I’m doing. It’s actually embarrassing because our employees will always post when they see a roach or water bug in our office on our update channel for everyone in the company to know we have a pest problem (8000 employees worldwide). Despite me following all recommendation’s… installing door sweepers, foaming all the holes we can (considering office layouts). I know it is hard to have no pests in nyc during the warmer months but I don’t have the same pest issue I have 6 blocks down in the same neighborhood. I honestly can’t recommend this company because as far as the employees are concerned, our company of choice is not doing a good job at controlling our pest issues.

Although they are visiting the First name removed and treating Hot Spot area's we still have activity.
Our on-site exterminator --Freddie---was highly competent, efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We could not have asked for a better representative to do this work for us. This man is a plus for your company.
Our experience with First name removed billing side was less efficient. We had a number of calls to gather First name removed billing details, and then a further call because First name removed information wasn't processed. First name removed back and forth suggested a lack of internal communication.
A follow-up visit is expected but we have yet to hear from you to about organizing that visit. And I don't think that falls to us.

At present I'm considering cancelling the service as the rodent issues seems to have abated in the area. Also I used to get a call on the activity following each visit but that has stopped.
