Further, the suggested repairs only came to property owner afterwards, there was no indication of any issues previously.

We have not received a reply from an email sent last July 7. It has been almost a month. We sent another email to a different department hoping she would reply yesterday, marking the email as urgent and still received no acknowledgment or reply from Assured.

Eddie was our technician and he was terrific! Answered all my questions. I also learned that he services our building (170 West 74th Street, Manhattan) regularly, so we would like to have him as our regular tech. I've called about this already and hope that works out.

Your guys normally show up on time. They complete whatever is needed. Enver and the office staff is also very accommodating. We have use Assured for about 20 year now and are very happy.
Depends on the technician, but when you have a technician that comes to your place regularly, he/she is attentive to minor details to make sure that the property is kept clean and that potential infestations are detected to prevent a full blown infestatino.
Our contact Doug was very responsive. The installers were friendly and professional. The installation appears (I'm not an expert) to be good. Just seams a little expensive for what we got.
