Assured Environments Technicians, Are consistent with their monthly scheduled visits, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.
When ever I have an Issue Enver our rep was always very responsive.
The Service techs always did what was needed and are very cordial.
I have worked with assured in three of our buildings for about 20 years now and I would highly recommend and do recommend Assured.
Assured Environments provides a large range of pest control services and I’ve found them to be very responsive to my needs for our large multi-family townhome. The key to getting the best service however is that you get assigned an agent that stays on your route. I’m hoping that the managers see this review because what I’ve found after several years - having the same agent come each month means the agent becomes familiar with your needs and knows all the hidden spots where pests can appear. Of course, when our agent takes a vacation and we get assigned a substitute; it’s nice to get a fresh take on pest control. However I can’t say enough about having the same dedicated pest control agent who visits each month because they become familiar with our specific needs and teach us what we can do in between services to address and/or prevent problems. The value and quality of Assured Environments rests with the particular agent you are assigned so don’t be afraid to ask for an agent that’s responsive to your home or building’s needs. Our agent, Mr. Michael Kamara comes each month and does a stellar job. Can’t say enough good things about him and the impression he gives to Assured Environments.

Technicians are very well trained , There is no task they cant solve, From bedbugs to rodents to even bugs. Their approch is practical and yet highly evasive . Their follow ups and even ability to advise non personal is done with such precision. When you have a pest problem rest assured that Assured Environment is the solution.
We have been using Assured Environment for many years. We use them in multiple facilities in multiple states. They are very attentive to our pest management needs. The technicians are very professional and courteous. They are always honest with their assessment and that makes them very trust worthy. When additional services or new building openings are needed, the sales team is attentive and very responsive.

I can't say enough good things about Assured Environments. Prompt responses to emails , calls service requests, Great Support, Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, Assured environments goes the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Carlos Lopez and Robert Shiron are the best. Carlos is on top of every issue and is always looking proactively to assure our site is maintained in the best condition. Rob participated in an event at our site this year to bring awareness on pest control to our team, it was excellent to have his support. I don't believe either of these gentlemen every sleep, when I ask for something they respond before I can blink an eye.
