Our technician is very pleasant, thorough and reliable.
Management has difficulty keeping up with the terms on agreed contract. They cannot send a technician for service on a monthly basis due to shortage and sometimes sends out technicians at odd hours when the business is closed. They have not properly trained some of their technicians so at times, some rooms are left without treatment. They are also not accommodating and customer service is poor.

AE Pest has serviced our Rose Hill 85 acre campus for many years. The regularly scheduled service provided is dependable, on time and followed up with useful detailed reports that keep the campus pest free. There are occasional circumstances that require immediate and/or special, focused attention. Once alerted, AE Pest is responsive and diligently works to obtain excellent results in very short time, keeping all appropriate parties informed along the way. Campus construction has been a major part of their service for the last several years. As the projects move from phase to phase, AE meets with appropriate team members, adjusts services as the project requires and, importantly folds completed projects into the regular service schedule. Reliable, dependable, efficient and demonstratively "tops" in their game. It is a pleasure to work with AE Pest, a critical partner in Campus Operations.
