Hard to communicate with the company to schedule appointments
Our 300+ person company think it's fantastic and progressive of Assured to offer a humane mouse/rat catching service with the catch-and-release option type mouse "traps". With a little effort (frequent checking) of the traps, anyone can mitigate their rodent problem without bloodshed. Highly recommend 10/10

Team is great. Attention to detail and customer concerns are impeccable. They are proactive and fast to respond to issues.
Everyone I spoke with was very responsive and helpful. This was especially true of Account Manager Brendan Flynn, who was particularly kind. They were able to help me very quickly.
I wish the K9 inspection was included after the 2nd treatment. Also wish my account manager was available for email correspondence over the weekend.

The technician needs to clearly mark all traps and control devices with dates so that we have a sense of how often they are being monitored. There are some devices that do not seem to be monitored regularly.

The last visit consisted of a very cursory look around and little actual intervention. It was about two minutes long. We continue to see a few roaches now and then.
