It’s the customer service that keeps bringing me back. It’s been 20 years. Always a smile, always helpful, always kind. I’ve moved from Halifax to Pictou County over 15 years ago and even though there is a bike shop here I’ve visited, I was not treated with the same kindness as Cyclesmith so I continue to travel to Halifax for all of my bicycle and bike accessories instead. And I always will!

Personal, quick, attentive service
Excellent service overhauling my bike. They took time to assess the suspension and recommended a basic fork service in house and a more thorough rear shock service performed by Fox. They also rebuilt the dropper post to perform like new and avoid a costly full replacement. Some shops would default to the pricier services on alll of the suspension pieces that may not be necessary.
Fantastic shop! Tuned up the kids bikes in 1 day and we are back on the road. Cutest mascot ever.. we love Gage! ❤️
