The gentleman that helped me rent a bike for my daughter was really personable and even spent an extra few minutes giving me a quick tour of the brewery. Also, when we waited for the bike two other associates asked if we were being helped, that does not happen in every store. Those little things mean a lot and that's why we will be back and will share our experience with others.
Very helpful in choosing my new bike shoes and helmet. Nice to have the 20% discount on the clips for my shoes. I live in Russell but my son in law suggested I go to the Richmond Bushtukah as you carry a larger selection of items I was looking for.

Always super helpful and nice. Great products in the store. Jim(I think sorry if I got name wrong), spent at least 15 minutes helping get the perfect helmet for my daughter and get it adjusted on her head to be the right fit for her. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful when I go in. I recommend them to everyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Cookson Cycles, thanks largely to Shaun. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering honest, thoughtful advice while helping me plan and build my dream road bike. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Shaun was always there to help and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
A special mention as well to Andy, the technician who built the bike. He was super helpful, approachable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The build quality and attention to detail were excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend Cookson Cycles.

I felt ell taken care of. Staff was helpful and work order was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance on purchasing a bicycle or accessories for a bike. The store has a very large inventory and staff is also willing to order many things if the shop doesn’t have them.
