I brought in a bike for flat tire repair, and Tim , the manager was able to have one of his techs get right on it. He and his staff were very accommodating and obviously very knowledgeable! When I came back in a couple hours to pick it up, the work was complete and ready to go! I appreciated the quick, friendly service and excellent work!

Once again, Bicycle Centres comes through. It was Easter Sunday, and I was starting to build up the wheels for my bike. I realized I had forgotten to pick up a cassette, which was dumb on my part, I'll admit. Not only were they open, they had the cassette I wanted on the shelf. Wheels built. Another 10 out of 10.

Nice friendly service, I got my son a new Trek Top fuel bike. Was able to test ride several bikes with no pressure sales.
Even on a busy Sunday they was able to get the bike pre checked, bars cut down for my son and out the door within an hour and th bike was £250 cheaper than anywhere else on the market!

I recently had 2 ebikes serviced at the one year anniversary. Very friendly staff who answered all of my questions.
When I returned home and took the bikes off of the bike rack I noticed the chain and rear sprocket on my bike was extremely dirty. I ride a lot of gravel and dirt roads. Apparently cleaning the sprocket and chain is not included in the service.
Great location to test bikes. Friendly staff. Quality Products.

The store is clean and easily maneuverable. There are good examples of different types of bicycles and parts at a variety of price ranges. The staff is ultra friendly and engaged. Cameron in the sales area was super kind to work with me for over upwards of 30 minutes to help me figure out which bike would be best for me, and we can to a great solution. The particular style of bike was brought over from a different store, and it was available for pick up in only days. Pedro in the Maintenance Dept also spent time with me at pick up, as i'm trying to solve for not being too hunched over when i ride, and he adjusted the seat position and also the spacers in the stem, and just a few cm and mm have really made a difference. I went to 5 other bike shops during my research for my new bike, and this store and this team is whom i wanted to work with to actually make a transcation happen. Thanks again Cam!

I brought my bike in for a tuneup and new brakes, wheel alignment etc. They deep cleaned all my parts and the frame. The bike looked like new when I picked it up.Everything works great!

The Trek stores in both Shawnee and Lee's Summit were incredibly helpful, accommodating and nice! James, Luke, Miles and Mary Beth went over and above to make our purchase seamless and so enjoyable from start to finish.
