We had a great experience at Trek Pontiac yesterday. Louis was very friendly. He offered to show my teen son how to replace the tube on his bike wheel. This was a great experience. My son was very happy to learn how to replace a bike tube and feels that he will be able to do that again next time it needs to happen. Really great visit, thank you to everyone who was working.

Friendly, efficient, thorough service. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable and I always leave feeling like a stronger rider. Highly recommended. Avoid the big box sports stores and shop here…keep independent stores in the Hudson Valley!

Communication was great with the assembly of my bike. When I came in to pick up the bike everyone was very polite and helpful. The bike was put together impeccably and I was give a tour on it and how to use it.
