The manager at Trek East, Emil, truly went above and beyond to make things right. I brought my bike in for a tune-up, but one of the requested services wasn’t completed. Since it’s a 30-minute drive each way for me, returning to the store would have been inconvenient.
Emil reached out to me right away, and after I explained the situation, he took the extra step of coming to my home to fix the issue himself. He spent about 90 minutes on a Sunday evening to ensure everything was properly taken care of.
This level of customer service is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated his responsiveness and dedication. Because of this experience, I highly recommend the Trek East store.
