The Bicycle Connection is the only bike store in Maryland I go to for service and buying bikes. Their customer service and selection is the best I’ve seen and Bill is an owner who actually cares about his customers. Was just there yesterday and the staff was extremely helpful and I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. Highly recommended!
Customer service. Ben thoroughly went over the different options on the lighter weight e-bike I was interested in purchasing. I was even able to have a test ride on the B&A. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Definitely will recommend shopping there to anyone interested in purchasing a bike, or for service.
