A fantastic and modern infrared sauna studio with a friendly and professional staff. The studio boasts top-notch infrared sauna equipment, red light therapy, large flat-screen TVs with extensive channel options, and sno-showers for a refreshing finish. Everything is impeccably clean, brand new, and beautifully maintained.

I had a wonderful experience at the Newport Bluffs Perspire. It was my first time at this one. The room was perfectly clean, and the staff were super helpful. I live in Santa Monica but I come to the Newport area a few times a month and look, forward to doing a sauna in Newport Bluffs again.

Lilly at the front desk provides excellant customer service, very knowledgeable with the whole spa experience and answers any questions we ask. Spa is very clean and we enjoy going here. Signed up for a pkg after visiting this spa and getting a complete tour from Lilly.

I really appreciated Cecilia's class, it felt physically intense and challenging, exactly what i was looking for. Her approach was full of guidance and feedback on movements and postures without make me feel like an amateur, i appreciate that.
For the studio: it would be nice to have more hangers for jackets and coats; when i get there they were all full and i needed to wait until the students from previous classes take off their jackets.
