Easy to book; saunas well maintained.
Clean, beautiful and the best staff!
I like the services and the size of the classes and the teachers who teach class at yoga pod and the location and everybody is very nice and friendly and helpful and they tell you how good you are doing the yoga class and how much the people taking the class have improved and they have classes that I can take at a good time on my days off of work. I like the fact that I can come sweat and relax, release some tension!!
I love the facilities and the privacy in the sauna room. Ivana has explained the whole process really well.
Very clean, modern studio
Large, private room. The infrared sauna itself was large enough for me to stretch out ( I’m 5’10’) comfortably. Rob was such a great attendant. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I WILL be back!!!!
Privacy and facility is well maintained.
Would love to see family packs being offered.
Clean and prompt and very welcoming
Great deep massage!
I've had a great experience! The workouts are HARD in the best way and everyone is so kind. I am new to weight training and they make it very approachable while still pushing me.
Love the detox duck deluxe pedicure!! A very special treat.
Reliable, close to home, health benefits that I can feel.
I was very pleased, I haven't felt so welcomed and relaxed in a long while. I totally forgot got the guy's name that helped us..it started with a "D". He was the best, he explained and showed us everything, he explained the packages, the products, and merchandise. I will definitely get a package deal.
Staff is so friendly and professional!
There is so much to say. The facility is top notch. The staff is great. The service provided has so many benefits. Health, Beauty, Wellness and Emotional. This has been a life changer for me. I tell everyone who will listen. Thank you always for a great experience every time I visit, which is mostly every day!
I had been to an infrared sauna one other time - and I liked Perspire more. Your facility seemed very clean, and I liked that there were televisions (to be able to play music), in each of the rooms. Additionally, the employee at the front counter was helpful, and answered all of my questions.
Loved 🥰 the whole process very clean relaxing welcoming 100 %
Friendly staff, room ready to go
This place is clean, organized, and provides excellent service. The warm welcome from the person at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I’m so happy I took this time for myself. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with my skin feeling incredibly soft. I highly recommend this place 100%
