Staff was extremely polite, patient and knowledgable. They answered my question very honestly and dumbed it down for a newbie like me. There was no sales pitch . The room was spotless. I really enjoyed the privacy and the inroom entertainment as well as the sauna itself. I felt really refreshed the next day so that was the key to my trying out the service. I feel I will do this a few more times and most likely incorporate this into my recovery routine.

great gym and lovely staff
The sauna suites are clean, always set to the temperature i prefer, and i like the fact they each have a shower so I dont have to travel back home is sweat. The TV is also nice for the calming sounds, but I prefer the short sauna yoga videos. They also do a seasonal challenge which I like. They do have a suite thats handicapped accessible which is also nice to know.
The facility is so good, the instructor is nice and helpful, schedule is flexible and variety of options. The fee is affordable.
All the people I have met are professional and kind. The masseuses are all very talented.

It is easy to make an appointment online, the staff is friendly, and the therapists are absolutely wonderful! Lauren is an exceptional massage therapist!

Always friendly and the place is always clean just helpful in general
Dennehy gym is a very good gym and the stuff are very respectable and if there was a issue they would sort straight away and with the new equipment its amazing and pt training are very helpful
Welcoming staff, great facilities, always clean. Classes are challenging and you feel great after them.
I had an amazing time at the sauna. I was relaxed and I was able to breathe better. Customer services was phenomenal. The studio was nice and clean.

I really enjoy the sauna experience. Everything is spotlessly clean and the saunas are very comfortable and modern. I like being able to relax and drink water and watch TV- something I rarely have time to do! And it’s nice to follow up with the ice cold shower and cooling towel. It feels like a very luxurious indulgence and I leave feeling so refreshed. Thank you!
