I love the facility itself. It's clean and not fussy. The location is good for me with easy in and out free parking. Staff and owner are great to deal with. The only reason I chose this facility is the pricing for the monthly membership is reasonably affordable. You do however get only sauna access with a few showers in 2 of the rooms only. I would prefer the option of a cold plunge and showers in every room but I'll take the affordability to not have those extra perks. There are other sweat businesses that offer all three and you pay waaaaay out the nose for all the service. Not worth the money for what I require right now and that's doctors orders to sweat 4-6 times per week as part of detox protocol I am currently on.

It just felt luxurious to me the red light, the heat accommodations, and the option for a private cold plunge was definitely a highlight. We’ve gone in a few times before I booked a session and every time we were met with passionate and patient staff.
Wonderful trainers, community & atmosphere. Efficient workouts that meet you where you are, and help you build strenght. So happy I found them!

I like the friendliness of the staff, I love the cleanliness of the sauna rooms, LOVE the privacy, and the shower availability. The red light therapy and infrared sauna r very healing. You get your money’s worth for sure!
The teachers are all so good - the best. Love Regina. I like the space itself and the class offerings (times that work for me). It's a good community that shows up.
My only ask is that you sweep the floors more between classes. There's regularly hair on the floor (not mine) that ends up sticking to me. Yuck.
