I love how therapist Te'lor took ber time and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole service. She took time to ask about what body parts needed the most focus and succeed in making me feel very tensed to very relaxed!! I will be coming monthly for my massages!

The 1:1 training makes the most of every session and I love that it is something my husband and I can do together. We have already referred multiple neighbors that have joined and love seeing friends working out when we go in. Best thing for our health we have done in a long time!

We booked for my daughter’s bachelorette party and it was perfect. The employees were so helpful and friendly. We got complementary champagne upon arrival. The instructor was so knowledgeable and helpful with all of us beginners. You could see the improvements the girls made from the beginning to the end of the class. She made it a super fun experience that I’m sure the girls will never forget. Thank you again!!!!!
