I love everything including the staff. The amazing staff n the studio ; that you’re able to relax and Enjoy yourself either by yourself or with a couple . The studio is always clean and and ready with all the essentials that you need to relax inside . I I highly recommend this place. It has helped me in the long run and relaxing my sore muscles y no le estoy echando mucho crema a los tacos, pero sí ayuda este lugar!!
Everything! I like that I don't have to decide what to work on, how much weight to use, what reps I should do, etc. As a woman, it's not as intimidating going there vs. going to somewhere like Lifetime. I love the trainers that i have worked with. Everyone there is so friendly. I love it all!
