Truly appreciate the quiet and well appointed reception area and rooms. Definitely sets the stage to leave all tension outside. Each massage therapist is respectful and professional. And I appreciate that with minor injuries they are willing to work with you to eliminate the pain and focus on healing the specific area.

I called and scheduled a very last-minute appointment. My phone was recognized and the person who answered the phone was courteous and sharp. She was able to immediately have me seen and worked within my time limits. Tina provided me with my treatment and was very untuned to my needs also. She made me feel comfortable and confident that she was taking care of me throughout the entire service. In the end, El and Val greeted me and were so sweet. We had nice conversation while El collected my payment. Every step, from start to finish was a great experience.

I love the flexibility and the convenience of being able to manage everything through my phone.

The owner really goes out of his way to make sure you are having a perfect experience. So clean, music is so relaxing, the saunas are hot, the cold showers are cold. Can't recommend this enough.

I love the location and the culture of Salt. Its is an intimate and private space for a yoga experience and the instructors are amazing.

I love perspire! I wish I could afford unlimited monthly membership. I tried the halo therapy for the first time and bought just a 8x package and found it to be so helpful for my overall health. Thank you to the amazing staff and your model! I was dealing with a respiratory issue for over 3 weeks and when I was finally cleared, it was amazing as I already seen such an amazing improvement that I haven’t in over 3 weeks.

I would definitely recommend the studio to anyone who I know could benefit. The only challenges are the parking/traffic of the area (which can't be helped) and it possibly not aligning with one's work schedule.

Private rooms and sauna, very clean, friendly staff, easy to book....and I didn't think I would care, but I even love the premium entertainment.

First and foremost the staff…they make this a great place…always willing to work with you to adjust the workout as needed by the member, without sacrificing pushing you to failure. Easy to schedule, easy to adjust, space is always clean & welcoming. I never leave not feeling like I haven’t done a good workout.

Very informative classes! The instructor was kind and made me feel good about utilizing the machines. The guidance and safety instructions were clear and made me feel confident trying out the machines for the first time.

The pool is quiet. It is for adults, except when there are designated swim lessons or family swim.

Temperature and salt water pool. The pool could be cleaner, lots of dead bugs in water!
