I thought Kaitlyn was incredible! I thought she was extremely knowledgeable in massage and worked on the issue I was having. I enjoyed my massage very much. I also liked the fact that she answered any questions I had but otherwise she was focused on her work and quiet which allowed me to be more relaxed. She was phenomenal! Thank you Kaitlyn!
Quiet and nice sauna
I love the privacy and how well kept it is. I love the snow shower and Halo therapy. I do have a couple of suggestions. I think a powerful fan for afterwards when getting dressed would be helpful because I'm still sweating. Also using distilled white vinegar to clean the shower and the shower heads would keep the mold at Bay.

Great service! They are willing to work with me any way they can. And, I love their saunas! Also, I love that I get up to a whole 40 minutes in the sauna, and I really appreciate every single towel that they provide.
