I enjoy working with Jen, Jason, and the Discovery Strength Team. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jen has a physical therapy background that really makes me feel comfortable with the exercise routine. I do not want to injure myself, and I trust that she will make sure that I am doing the exercises properly to minimize the risk of that happening to me. Every member of the team is professional. The workout area is clean and beautiful inside. We are in flu season, and every time I come in, the staff is wiping down the machines. This is the first time I have ever felt like I enjoy working out and do not feel judged. Jen knows when I am nearing muscle failure and is right there by my side, encouraging me to give it my all. Jen and Jason are so much more than just trainers; they make you feel like family. Thank you, and keep doing what you are doing. You are making a difference!
Making appointments online is very easy and convenient. The front desk person was warm and friendly, and the front seating area is cozy. Tina, my massage therapist was excellent! She applied the perfect pressure and helped me relax. I will definitely come again and I tell me friends about Kume! Thank you for being the best spa!
The sauna rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are all very helpful. I appreciate the option to request a shower room. The halotherapy is a nice add-on.

Trainer paid extra attention to ensure that I was doing each of the exercises correctly in the settings were correct on the machines.
I love the fact that it's so private you have your alone time in your own little suite . you can watch TV or listen to music. I do wish that the little towel you provide would be a little icy cold because when you get out of the sauna it's usually not I had to ask the associate the other day for a new one but it would be a good idea to maybe have him in ice buckets but I love how nicely decorated the studio is and even the restroom offers a few amenities really impressed and I didn't think I would want to continue since I work at multiple gyms and have access to dry sauna's but I'm starting to get addicted LOL

The calm ambiance
The only reason I didn't rate you a "10" is that I am retired and I don't socialize much at all. I have no one to recommend you to! Your staff is excellent, unfailingly polite and professional but also friendly. The facility is immaculate and comfortable. I feel like I am doing something good for myself.
The lady that works on the mornings on weekdays is the sweetest.

You have excellent employees. They are wonderful to work with and all are very helpful in doing the weights correctly. I enjoy going to Discover Strength and I feel much better after I leave. At 77 my body is not only maintaining but also improving a little.
Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the facilities. We were greeted right away and taken to our booth. Everything was well organized and ready to go. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Sophie made sure to provide clear instructions on the use of the equipment and treatments. I really enjoyed my time there.
