Lovely, friendly staff who are always very helpful and ready to answer questions. Daniel and Jessica were so helpful a few weeks ago when I was asking about the renovations. So much so, I decided to commit and join for the full year in advance. I was happy to pay upfront when I knew that time and money was being put into creating an even better gym.

Each of the trainers are knowledgable, professional, friendly and excellent listeners. They support my fitness goals and objectives through challenging guided sessions. When I had an injury they listened and modified my routine to support the healthy recovery I needed.
