I've been going to bluebell now for 4 months doing mat pilate. The facilities are always clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. All equipment is in good condition and kept to a high standard. Cleaning sprays are always available and the studio never dirty anytime I've been there.

The privacy of the suite and customer service.

My husband and I have been coming to XPress for years. It fits our needs as we are in our Late 70a and my husband is blind. We like that we get to use the machines we want and get a good healthy work out. We don’t need pools or juice bars etc. I am truly disappointed that we were not notified of the takeover by the Y and don’t have any clue as to what is happening

This place is great! Awesome sauna and cold plunge set up and the customer service is incredible! Love going to Sauna House to relax and decompress for a few hours. Keep up the good work!

I went for the first time after seeing an add on social media. I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. I was received by Maya who patiently and kindly answered my questions and explained how it works, she was professional and helpful in fact after seeing the place and received the explanation my doubts dissolved. After she showed me the place, by the way it’s spotless, calm and has a very nice set up, and then I decided to go inside one of the suites. My experience was fabulous! I loved it so much that I enrolled for the monthly plan! Believe me every time I go the people at the front desk is so sweet and friendly! I totally recommend this infrared sauna I feel relaxed and ready for a great night of sleep! I feel lighter and the cold shower activates my circulation and I truly enjoy it!!
