Well maintained saunas and friendly staff
The ambience of the business is very inviting and the front desk is very aware of what is going on. The therapists also seem to enjoy their job and want to be there with the clients. This was also the first time I brought my 80 year old mother in with me and Juniper Thurston went above and beyond to make her feel amazing with the massage and cater the experience to what she needed. Thank you for making this a safe place to relax and we will tell everyone about the membership packages!!
Bonjour, cela serait bien d’avoir des forfaits dynamiques selon l’usage ou les horaires! J’adore votre gym, mais la tarification mensuelle est trop chère pour l’usage que j’en fais. S’il y avait différents forfaits, je suis certaine que cela pourrait être populaire ex.: 2 cours par semaine, etc.

Amazing and kind trainers, especially love our time training with Miguel Villegas. Great array of equipment, extremely professional staff and a great community of members to round it all off. It’s a very welcoming space that encourages folks of all fitness levels to come in and train towards their goals. Shoutout to Joey who has been amazing at bringing folks together and encouraging us to try new things with the community.

Small space, but good air conditioning and a lot of equipment which seems to get regularly refreshed and updated. Wide range of client ages and capabilities. Additional services like DEXA available. Trainers plan sessions carefully for progress and are professional and knowledgeable.
