Clean, luxurious, relaxing
Every trainer I have worked with is very knowledgable and they know how to make small adjustments to each exercise to keep good variety as well as intensity. I am currently recovering from a medical procedure and my trainer adapted my workout so that I can continue to work out and stay strong as I heal.

Great new location, Clayton was awesome to work with! We come to AZ every year for a work conference and I always hit up the local DS spots while I’m in town. Love working out with DS, been going for several years and I’ll continue for as long as I can. The trainers are all awesome and having appointments with them helps ensure that I’ll actually get off my couch and get a workout in.

The only thing I would offer is a plastic bag for wet clothes if people are sauna ing in swim shorts.
Lovely studio space, but it's the people and the atmosphere of both the classes and the studio that really made me feel comfortable and inspired to keep coming back.
