Rayna worked on a ton of knots in my body. And yes, parts of it really hurt, but I know that it is going to take that to get to feeling better in my body again. I came out feeling much more limber than I went in. And today, I mounted my horse and was able to throw my right leg over the saddle without kicking my horse in the bum.

I had such an excellent experience, the lovely young women who was working the front desk this morning was absolute delight , extremely kind and informative. The experience itself in the private infrared sauna was absolutely relaxing and relieving. My body and mood before and after was night & day. I felt like an entirely new person, and felt so zen & relaxed. As soon as I left the Perspire, I called my mom & friends to immediately share my lovely experience & from them to check Perspire out! 10/10 highly recommend
