When Perspire opened in Peachtree Corners a year ago, I decided to join. I’d heard anecdotally about the benefits of infrared sauna, but hadn’t tried it myself. Like most people, my free time is limited- with two kids and a full-time job, self-care can often be an afterthought, and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make the time to visit the sauna regularly. I’m happy I was wrong.
Perspire is now the best part of my day and I typically go 4-5 times a week. It’s my time to relax and unwind, and the benefits are remarkable. Besides helping to keep stress in check, my skin feels amazing and I’ve managed to miss all the colds and flu my family have dragged in over the time I’ve been going to Perspire. As someone who routinely struggled with sinus infections and seasonal allergies, I’ve noticed my allergy symptoms have dwindled significantly and I’ve had no colds to speak of since joining.
Beyond that, the Persoire team is phenomenal, the studio is clean and welcoming, and the whole experience is excellent. I’m so grateful for Perspire!

The massage therapist always checks in with you to see how you’re feeling. Whether or not they need to go in harder or need to soften up. They are so sweet and they listen to you and I love it.

Once they know your preferences everything is set to those preferences before you get there for your sauna session. The experience itself is wonderfully calming and relaxing and I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. Recommend the experience and the Huebner Rd location in particular!

Tried a private infrared sauna session at Perspire yesterday evening and it was honestly a great experience.
The setup itself is next level — completely private room with a TV, so you can just relax and zone out during the session. The infrared heat feels deep but comfortable, not overwhelming like traditional saunas.
The best part was the recovery setup after — they have a 45°F cold rain shower, which hits perfectly after the heat. That hot-to-cold contrast makes you feel instantly refreshed and energized.
Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the whole vibe felt calm and premium.
Definitely worth it — especially after a workout or long day. I’ll be going back for sure. 🔥🧖♂️❄️
