Client Testimonials
The staff is always so friendly and helpful!
Good classes. Great selection of classes. Nice environment.
The sauna was great. It was clean, relaxing and worked well. I chose to close my eyes to did not try the TV. I was planning to try the SNO cold shower but didn't want to get my hair wet and assumed there would be shower caps but since there were not I did not shower after the sauna. The eucalyptus towel was helpful enough to get me home to shower.
Friendly staff, very clean space and the services were excellent
Amenities and the cleanliness of the facility.
Peaceful environment and friendly staff
Friendly staff, great classes, location
Clean and inviting! Very relaxing and the staff is amazing!
short but effective workouts, not dragging it out for an hour or two but getting my muscles to work hard and get stronger. I like when they tell me we are moving up weights or I did more than last week, showing progress because it is hard to see personally when it is always hard
The instructors are supportive and personable. The studio environment is welcoming.
The staff was polite and very welcoming. The services were timely and the results have been wonderful.
