The professionalism and knowledge of the instructors as well as the cleanliness of the studio.
The variety of the classes also gives the students plenty of optionality on the level of the classes.
The place is spotless, relaxing and I leave feeling renewed every time! The staff is friendly and caring!
Loved it. Enjoyed my free visit, but was slightly appalled at the price to book a session
So many things. From the ease of scheduling to the affordable rates…but I would like to give my appreciation for Katelyn whose work was really wonderful yesterday. She listened, asked good questions and seemed to understand what I needed better than I did. I went home to a two and a half hour nap-no pain. Amazing. I am looking forward to returning!
The place was magnificent. It was really clean, and the staff was very helpful.

No appt. necessary. Always help me out perfectly. I haven't had a bad adjustment yet and have been going there for years. I can't say the same for aome other chiropractors! I definitely won't go anywhere else!
Angie is simply the best
30 min guided workout is the perfect way for us to work out. Without an appt we would never go.

While I am very familiar with the program Discover Strength offers, Jake Petersen and the entire Plymouth team provided the most impressive introductory session I could have possibly imagined. Jake gave me supreme confidence that I am in good hands toward my health and fitness goals with Discover Strength. He was able to push me in productive ways as well as motivate me when I failed (which is the goal). I am very impressed with the professionalism of this Discover Strength team and I am thrilled to be a client!
Very professional and my therapist was thorough and knowledgeable
