It was our first time there, we found the facility to very welcoming and inviting. The staff were friendly. Our message therapists did a great job overall. I liked that the facility had showers. I was able to shower after the massage to get the oil off me which was really appealing.

From the intake to the tailored workouts, the virtual training service has clearly been designed to meet you exactly where you are and efficiently take you where you want to be.
I used to dread workouts, if I’m honest. But working with a trainer who is not only tracking my overall progress, but also paying close attention to where I am in any given moment, and adjusting accordingly to get the most out of each session, has completely changed that. These sessions have genuinely become some of the highlights of my week.
I often joke that I only keep Chase around for his positivity, encouragement, and support… but it’s not really a joke. That consistency in how he shows up makes a real difference, and with tremendous gratitude, I’m both stronger and healthier because of it.
Chase is also an absolute wealth of information. Each session feels like more than just training; it’s an education. That alone keeps my nerd-self engaged!

I really enjoy working with the trainers at the Edina Discover Strength location. I work out most often with Synetha, Chloe and Elsa but have worked out with several other trainers in the past and everyone has been great.
I also appreciate the efficiency of the workout process, the twice a week schedule and the convenient location with convenient parking.
Finally, I like the progress assessment cycle and the fresh workout routines that I get after each progress assessment.
Highly recommend the Edina Discover Strength experience!
Amazing teachers and very clean, non cluttered studio. It has a nice community feel to it. The front desk staff /karma yogis are really great too.
I like the location and that it's adult only and there's a good variety of equipment available and that there's an onsite physio and that the staff are very friendly. My only two criticisms compared to other gyms is 1 - that the members of Dennehy's Blackpool put way too much disinfectant on the machines after use, less is more. and 2 - the members of Dennehy's Blackpool will sit on equipment staring at their phones for 10-20 minutes at a time instead of working out. Other gyms have useful signs asking members to "Please free up equipment between sets"
