I can't say enough good things about Perspire Sauna Studio! The entire staff here is absolutely amazing. From the branch manager, Melissa, to Shanya and the rest of the team, they go above and beyond to make every visit feel personal and special—leaving a warm welcome and thank-you card is such a thoughtful touch.

Perspire Sauna at Waterside has a welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are always very clean and the sauna is preset with my choice settings. I find the infrared sauna to be relaxing and healing in a way that has not been matched for me when compared with any other spa treatment. Thank you, Perspire Waterside!

The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the studio was. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained and in its place, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The woman who helped me was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. She showed me around, explained how to use everything in my suite including the sauna and Tv and even provided me with a water since I hadn’t brought one.

I really loved having my own private suite, and again, everything felt very clean and well cared for. The overall experience was so calming and peaceful, and it was exactly what I needed. I can definitely see myself coming back again soon.

​Perspire Sauna offers a wonderful experience with exceptionally professional, kind staff and a facility that is always impeccably clean and comfortable. My only drawback is that the recent price increase makes it difficult to attend as often as I used to, but the quality of service is top-notch.

Employees and doctors are friendly and helpful. This trip was with Dr. Jeff. He always starts by asking if any area needs attention, and his “routine” is quick but thorough and hits all areas. I always feel better coming out than I was going in.

Today was my first time taking a Pilates class & had such a great time with Jill Sellers!! 10/10, will take her class again when I’m back in town :)
