By far the staff. They were warm and welcoming in each visit. Perspire became part of my weekly routine and the benefits from the contrast therapy were tangible. I am very, very sad to see them go.

SALT is top notch! The space is beautiful and feels elevated and inviting.

I love that your instructors are highly trained. There are other studios in town who have teachers who are not very proficient, new, or just generally don’t have the right vibe, but this is not the case with SALT. All of the instructors I have practiced with have been highly knowledgeable, unique, and authentic.

I’m also grateful for the free Guthrie Green classes because that’s how I found y’all!! Thank you for giving back to the community and for the 10 for $10 deal. I have been a yogi for years and had never tried hot yoga, but I can now say there is no other yoga for me!! It’s been truly life changing in the best way. (Especially for a girlie who does NOT like the heat, now I LOVE hot yoga!)

My only teensy bit of feedback is that the space feels super cramped when it’s a full class. It’s a bit distracting because as a long limbed person, I’m always thinking about whether I’m gonna whack someone in the face with my one-legged dog or hit my head on the brick wall.

All in all, SALT has been so fantastic and I’m so grateful to have found your studio!!

Very relaxing

The infrared and red light in same studio. The staff makes it extra inviting- when they welcome you and ask how you feel after your session, it is genuine, not scripted. Shout out to Faith at Peoria AZ location I have most of my sessions when she is on duty. Last but not least- the cleanliness is exceptional.

Loved having a private sauna with a shower in the same private room.

I loved the sauna! The infrared and other color light therapy was wonderful. At the beginning the service was outstanding! It did go down just a bit as time went on. Still good just not as good.

My massage was very good, relaxing. The facility is lovely.

Ive found it very relaxing there. It seems to be more of a winter or cold weather thing than a summer thing so that’s the only reason I took such a long sabbatical. I’m sure I’ll be back. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean and relaxing.
