I loved everything about my experience. I’m upset that it took me so long to visit.

I would highly recommend not only a friend, but anybody to Lagree studio. Bianca and I had our 3rd class this week, 2 at River N with Danny and figured we would try Lincoln Park with Danny on Sunday and it was just another great time and experience. We absolutely love Danny’s approach, energy and engagement throughout the class.

Izi was amazing. I am training for a 30-hour trail race in October and I had a 15-mile training run scheduled that day. I’ve never had cupping but after a 15-mile trail run with my mom (3 1/2hours of running) that day, and running behind but thankfully not late for my appointment, it was exactly what my body needed. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to relax because I was having back spasms as soon as I laid on the table. But she put the hot pack on my back and had me deep breathe, using essential oils, and within a minute the spasms stopped and everything let go. The cupping was great. She hit all the right tight spots. Her technique was perfect. I will be back on her table again! Thank you Izi!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Perspire Sauna Studio! The staff were very kind and helpful! The entire experience was very relaxing, and I loved having my own private room for the 40-minute session. I love that they offer different sauna color options, each with its own benefits, and I chose the red light option. One thing I noticed afterward was that the body pain I had been experiencing felt noticeably reduced after my session.

They also have different entertainment and relaxation options you can listen to or watch during your session, including Netflix and guided meditations, with the sound playing directly in the sauna. Everything felt very comfortable and peaceful.

After the sauna, I also tried their version of a cold plunge, the snow shower, which was a really refreshing way to cool down afterward. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend Perspire to anyone looking to try a sauna experience or add some extra relaxation and self-care into their routine!

So friendly, clean, and comfortable

THe schedule. 30 minutes twice a week is very doable. The instructors are great too.

I was able to relax and test out all light-features while watching tv within a 45 min window

The staff is always so friendly and wonderful. The saunas are always so clean and set to my preferences. I could not ask for a better experience.
