I did the infrared sauna with red light therapy. It was a really wonderful experience! I especially enjoyed the cool eucalyptus towel after my sauna! I'm looking forward to trying the sno shower! I will be going back. Kate and Marta were welcoming and did a great job of explaining the process as well as the memberships and packages available!
