I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities at Perspire. The sauna rooms are gorgeous and offer snow showers (which I loved) and are even equipped with video and audio equipment for entertainment while you sweat. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I love the personalization of the workout from the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows when to push you and when to alter the workout. Feel cared for through this journey.
