Such great energy and dance community. Love all the instructors and different genres of dance I have taken. The dance teams and socials are great. Good for solo movement or couples work. Highly recommend!
Best strength training! Short sweet to the point and effective! I’ve never been stronger or felt better in my life and at 72 that is saying something important! The staff is amazing and so supportive. I look forward to the twice weekly workouts and enjoy the recovery time with no pressure to work out in between!

Customer service was excellent. Having the video introduction was very informative, and being able to select different options was delightful. I love how the infrared sauna made me feel afterwards. I was so relaxed the rest of my day and I slept well that evening. I will definitely be returning!
