The prompt service we received from manager Danielle in meeting with us & setting us up on the schedule right away. Her follow up calls and emails are appreciated. Our business office is well cleaned and smells so fresh. We also like that you provide your own cleaning supplies so we do not have to keep track of when items are low or out. The cleanings are inconsistent and communication is hit or miss.

I don't know about the products but the service is excellent. So I guess your products work great. The house always looks good when we return home. Tank you so much.

Too expensive, but a great job.

I had crumbs in a living room chair that I thought would be vacuumed up when they were vacumming the living room. Also, when they cleaned the downstairs bathroom they did not clean the mat, I thought they would vacuum that as well.

The girls were very friendly and worked hard. The house was perfectly detailed like I asked!! Thank you.

Hanna didn't clean toilet, which I caught before she left....Dusting in master bedroom on counter top was terrible.....splotchy. Fireplace ledge was not dusted.

When I get two new people every time they don't know the house so I have to educate them....Girls were young, and eager to finish the day after doing 4 houses that day. NOT GOOD.

IT IS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS as I have house guests now.

I am 80 and can't afford such a sloppy job both times in the last few months....and becuz of health issues I can't do a lot of things myself anymore.

I will have to look elsewhere for help. Your prices are outrageously high for the quality of the work.

Basic cleaning was good. Ability to see what needs to be done, and do it, was not so good. Having said that, I believe I can work with your company - just need to mention those things I need done, so they'll be done. Yours is the second company I've dealt with and the best (the other one fell down on the basic cleaning).

I felt that there was a lot of confusion in the cleaning approach. It seemed like everything was getting done so that the manager could come and evaluate. One of the cleaners also broke one of my ladles. Trash was emptied but fresh liners were not put in some the trashcans. The kitchen counter was still wet after they left. I'm hoping that the second session will not be so chaotic.

Since I have respiratory problems the products used are clean smelling & not harsh so they do not affect my breathing.

My hardwood floors, apt he spare bedroom and the guest bathroom were not cleaned last week. This week there will be an inspection and my cleaning fee is being waived.

services are excellent; people are responsive, polite, and (really) mostly cheery; products are chosen with the environment in mind.

Notice what needs to be cleaned. Just missing a few spots like light switches, door knobs and window sill.

Merry Maids were very professional and did a marvelous job.

I called Merry Maids and am so impressed with their thoroughness, professionalism, and dependability. They are able to, in a very short time, accomplish what would have taken me much longer to complete. I highly recommend their services.

it has taken a lot of "re-do's" to get it right with the cleaning crews.. don't feel like for the price it is worth it

My husband, who gets home first, noticed that the last time they were here that it looked like they had rushed through the job and that things, like rugs, were not put back very well.

The staff comes in assesses the situation, divides the spaces, gets to work and doesn't stop until they are done. When asked to do something unusual line vacumn the front door mat they do so willingly.

Not as thorough as I expected.

Belligerent; subordinate; lying to supervisors re: what I have asked and trained on; making me feel threatened by running out and making secret phone calls and me paying for that time. House not clean. Dust piled up to the point of stuck on the surfaces. Instructed how they need to make bed in order for sheets to not come off and not doing it. Instructed on please use a mop (not hands and knees) and not doing that time and time again. Hardly any water used in mop bucket w/ the cleaner. Never rinsing. Going around spraying w/ cleaner and wiping never rinsing anything at all leaving some things looking clean but unsanitary. Fine for them to have two people here cleaning but if I have a person here helping ME check for cleaning done right, not okay with Merry Maids apparently.
