I had planned on calling you.......there are things that I was led to expect don't always happen. I know that the girls were here just about a half hour.....these are the things that bug me. The sink in the bedroom area wasn't cleaned. I had spilled make up there and just wiped it up leaving a residue knowing that it would be cleaned that morning......well, that was still there when I got back. I appreciate the bed being made but would like the blankets, etc to be put on straight.....just my thing I guess, but it looks so much nicer without much effort. I noticed that a part of the leg of a small table that is near a chair in the living room has been knocked off and I could not find it anywhere. It was probably hit by a vacuum cleaner. If the girls saw it, I would appreciate knowing where they saw it so I can get it fixed.....a simple glue job. I apologize for the constant clutter here....but I am working on getting it taken care of......I have had several health set backs and have not been able to do as much as I would like to......so I do appreciate what is done for me. The kitchen looks so nice! Thanks

When we hired you to clean, it was with a focus on cupboards, drawers and counter tops that we thought had been missed by the previous cleaning crew along with vacuuming the fireplace wall. It turns out we still had to scrub the counter tops in the kitchen and bath - they were actually quite grimy, and it took going over several times to get the counter tops clean. Both sets of cleaners completely missed the large cabinet under the kitchen sink too; nobody even touched it. We were disappointed that we paid $270 to you and STILL had to do the cleaning ourselves, basically. This failing by two separate cleaning crews made our move more difficult.

I love the personal care from the consultation process to the cleaning. I also appreciate that Merry Maids is committed to giving back to the local community the partners/employees live and work in. Great people, great services!

More detail cleaning on toilets and showers. Need to use a small brush for corners and under the toilet seat rim.

Have had several bad cleanings. Customer service was great after bad cleanings, but I feel like it has been more work than it is worth.

Smell good and not strong...just clean!

A little too stinky when I first got home but it dissipated pretty quickly. How did you get the tub so clean??? I appreciated the card left by the maids with a personal message. I really like how things were pretty much in the same place. Clearly they are very efficient and quick but got things very clean. I don't think there's hardly a speck of dust left.

the staff is pleasant, on time or early, and thorough. They are very nice and friendly to me and my dog too. Don't change a thing.

I hired Merry Maids to come for a move-out clean. The bathroom was not clean; there was pink soap scum on the tile grout in the shower, and the upper tiles clearly had not been wiped down. We were there clearing out the last few items in the home while they were there. They cleaned around a few items in the kitchen cupboard rather than moving them or letting me know that they were still in there. There was still a greasy/dusty film on the range hood and cabinet above, the cabinet doors were not thoroughly wiped down. The floors were partially cleaned. There was vinyl flooring in the bedrooms that clearly weren't mopped or wiped down. The kitchen floor still had dirt/ dust after they mopped. The laundry room cabinets were not wiped down. This house was foreclosed on but I wanted to leave it clean. I did not have the energy to call and complain as there was no time for someone to come back. I no longer own the home or have legal access to the home. I had too much other stress to worry about at that time. I was however very disappointed and will never use your service again. I will also let my friends know about my disappointment.

I had a breakage and don't currently have a lot of confidence that my things are handled with care. Plus there was still a layer of dust on the kitchen and hall window sills, as well as the ledge on top of the stove.

Make sure cleaning is consistent. Once in awhile I have received less than promised cleaning. A call to Kelsey always gets the problem solved.

The quality has been slipping the past two cleanings.

I am happy with MM except the last 3 times they have been here, little things are broken. Nothing expensive and the only thing I can think of is that they are in a hurry to get done and on to the next job. Take the 2 hours to do the job like they are suppose to. I think its the fault of management for them to do a rush job.

The young ladies that came to clean were very nice, the kind of people you enjoy having in your home. They did a wonderful job. When I returned and opened the door I immediately got a big smile on my face. It was money well spent.

Where do I begin? You sent me two young ladies that clearly didn't know the first thing about cleaning. She started by dusting off dining room table and didn't remove runner. I babysat the entire job which was very stressful. I called for a supervisor to come and she was very perfessioal, but half the house was cleaned poorly and several rooms weren't even touched. They were cleaning the kitchen floor and mopping around scatter rugs. That's when I lost it . We did settle on half the price, BUT I wish they would have said Mrs. Last name removed we are on our way with our A Team to get the job done right. It wasn't about the $$$$. No I will not use you again, and sorry to say that.

I am really not sure how to rate you so I just picked a number. There were several things that I had expected you to do that were left undone and it is impossible for me to do a lot of cleaning at the moment.

The stainless wall piece behind the stove was not cleaned......but the stove looked nice.
The toilet ......around the base was not cleaned. I got down to clean it and the vinyl flooring around the toilet and could not get up because of my arm injuries......but I did get it cleaned.....easily, except for getting up!

The hardwood floors looked nice.....thanks. the vacuuming was nice too.

I bought some small garbage bags for the small wastebasket so that they would not use the large 30 gallon size and tie a knot......we could not undo the knot so we could add more stuff when we took the garbage down......they are under the kitchen sink.

I will get more stuff off of the floor before you come again. I will be glad when I get full use of my arms again!

I like that the products are non toxic. The house is always very clean and spells great when I come home.

It is now the same person and last time no NEW people for me to train or help the person train.

Do a visual check on everything. Sometimes the girls go thru the motions but do not see something that didn't quite get cleaned with the usual motions.
