Consistency in the maids;the maids understanding that all parts of a home need to be cleaned, not just what is 'seen'. For instance, under the couches, behind the tables, move small tables to vacuum behind and under, etc.

Ariana did not thoroughly clean the BATHROOM: 1)Scale on floor did not get cleaned nor floor under it; 2) floor & baseboard behind bathroom door, not cleaned; 3) Floor behind toilet was not cleaned; 4) One corner of bathtub ledge wasn't cleaned, although rest of tub glistened! She did an excellent job on a very dirty bathtub!!

BEDROOM: 1) Miniblinds still dusty; 2) Inside windows not cleaned (does she not remove screens to enable this?) 3) I couldn't figure out why bed felt "short-sheeted". Discovered sheet had been put on sideways; Does she not know that deep hem which designates top of sheet? Because of massive chronic spinal problems, changing sheets is tortuous for me. That's why I have hired Merry Maids' help! 4) Ariana was not thorough when vacuuming sooty dust from edge of carpeting. Does the vacuum not have attachments? Does she not move lightweight items to thoroughly vacuum under and around them? 5) Ariana also has an attitude which I wish she would leave outside my apartment. 6) I wanted and paid for a THOROUGH cleaning. . .I did not get it from Ariana.

I am willing to give Ariana another opportunity to demonstrate her skills but unless she takes the job seriously and does it thoroughly, I'd prefer not to have her.

The other young woman was much more THOROUGH and EFFICIENT, and had a willing-to-do-the-job attitude! Please send her back!! (I'm sorry that I can't remember her name.)

Look in the coroners, under beds, under tables (might have to be moved) for cob webs & dust bunnies.

I as told we would have consistent team working at our house that would come at a consistent time. The only thing consistent, is the inconsistency of these things. Because of this, the general cleaning of our house is inconsistent.

Meets my schedule.

There was supposed to be two people cleaning and there was only one because someone went home sick. The floors looked like they weren't touched by a mop. Other than that everything else looked great and Danielle is great! She was very professional and always responded quickly to my calls.

Not consistent in the cleaning

My experience with Merry Maids has been outstanding. The two individuals who cleaned my home did a thorough job. I had a back injury so I could not clean my home well. Thank you Merry Maids for being there. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Merry Maids.

I was disappointed in the way that my bed was made......the the bottom sheet was not in the pockets so as to keep it taught and the top sheet was put on sideways.....so there was a huge hangover on the sides and nothing at the bottom because of the narrowness of the sheet being put on sideways. There is just a duvet to put on over that.....shake it out, put it on. I thought to myself that there wasn't any self checking on the bed when the sheet obviously did not fit at the bottom, etc. I make it really easy for the bedmaker.....I take all of the sheets off and put them in the laundry so that they don't have to deal with that. There is not a lot of heavy duty work in our place....vacuaming and cleaning the wood floor......and so it was not fun to have to take the bed apart and re make it especially when that is one of the reasons why we are having our place cleaned.......as I have had shoulder surgery that is still healing.....

Price is high. I was supposed to receive an email before the maids came, but did not.

Did not provide a adaquite level of customer service. Having to have employees return two more times to get floors clean in a new construction setting is just not professional.would not (won't ) recommend Mary,Maid to anyone.

I was told the job in general was not that well done especially for the amount paid.

I hired Merry Maids to assist me in a move-out cleaning since I work long hours and was on a deadline for my landlord's to walk through. When I got home that night (the night before my landlord was coming to inspect) the place was in unacceptable shape. There was hair in the sink, on the floor, and in the shower. The floors had not been mopped as there was still sticky residue in the kitchen and entry way where I had seen it before. There were crumbs on the floor and the carpet had little pieces of lint and dirt on it from moving my things out. There was leaked cleaning fluid all behind my toilet and yellow stains that they had not cleaned. My dining room light fixture wasn't even dusted. I found out after the fact that in the hefty charge of $230 they didn't clean the inside of my refrigerator. For paying $230 to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment that was already in fairly clean shape I was pretty disappointing as I was expecting it to be spotless. I got a call when the maid arrived and also just as she was about to leave and she only was there for an hour. I was quoted this price for two hours, this tells me that it was rushed through. I left a key under the cable box out front and the tape I used to put the key under the box had just been thrown on the ground. Needless to say I spent the rest of the night until midnight re-cleaning the unit, scrubbing the shower, mopping the floors, vacuuming the entire place, cleaning the light fixtures, kitchen and so on. I could barely afford the $230 charge in the first place but I was in a pinch and needed professional cleaning help. As you can imagine it was pretty discouraging to have to spend an additional several hours getting the place in the shape it should have been when I arrived home earlier. I called to let Merry Maids know and requested to not be charged for these services, or if they had charged me, to credit me back. I received a partial credit and no phone call back.

So far i have. Only had one time service...i will let you know after a couple times.
