I'm not disappointed! This is totally on me. I feel embarrassed that I'm not using a local business. My friends would only support a local business so I wouldn't tell them about Merry Maids. Also, I'm embarrassed to tell anyone I have cleaners. Kelsey and her crew are great!

It's not disappointment, exactly, because I really like the teams that have worked at our place and have had really good interactions with them and with all the Merry Maids staff. It's just that your system isn't as thorough as my cleaning is, so if somebody asks who we use, I tell them and say you're fine, just not as thorough as I am.
Upon entering my home after the cleaning if had a very strong and unpleasant fragrance odor. I was lead to believe during the nitpick walk through that Merry Maids used low odor and hypoallergenic products and methods. Upon expection, I found that the fragrance was on every fabric surface of my home including the carpets, coughs, and bedspreads. I am very sensitive to fragrances and had to revacuume, wipe down couches, and launder all comforters. What a pain. They also missed a few areas of the house in the "deep clean" including tops of shower frames, railings, left a film of the granite count top (that I had to buff out), and left vinegar sports on the counter and floor. Again, I had to reclean. I was so excited to have someone come into my house and provide a great cleaning and I was nothing but disappointed by these few items. Bummer.

My year began badly when my P-trap in the washing machine drain broke loose and flooded my mud room. I had to have the wall torn apart to repair the piping. The mud room floor was damaged. The visqueen under the house had to come out, too. During the repair the floor was left exposed. Sarah, my Calico kitten, got under the house. I did not realize she was under the house until a couple of days later when I hear her ‘meow’ several times. I ran outside to open the crawl space door. Little Sarah came bounding out from under the house none worse from the wear.
I go to my chiropractor for an adjustment several times a week and a massage once a week I now have massages twice a week. I had been seen at the diet clinic there, too. I gave up on this issue because I do not have the discipline to see the process through. In this diet I have to eliminate all sugars from my body. I am to the point to where I want to wire my mouth shut!
I had R/knee surgery in the fall of 2013. My knee has not heeled as yet. I do not have the ability to go from a squatting position to stand all. I sit in chairs that have arms, like a captain’s chair so I can stand up properly.
I celebrated Thanksgiving with Malisa, my daughter and her husband, Brad. They live in Great Falls, Montana. I got to spend time with my one son, Justin and his friend, Myra Doney. My granddaughter, Dayna and my great grandson, Justin William was there also.
While I was in Great Falls I went to Herberges, a department store in one of the malls closets to Malisa’s home. I purchased three flannel sets of sheets and a blanket for my bed. The UPS driver delivered the package to my neighbors’ back door and I am thankful that she brought the package to my home.
As always it was good to return to the comforts of my home and my two feline friends: Lazarus a male black smoked tabby who has lived beyond his nine lives and my female Calico, Sarah have bonded with both of us.
I am writing on the sequel to my novel, Sarah Covington. The sequel, Sarah’s bed and breakfast is mired in my own inability to sift through the story line. I have written bits and pieces. My editor friend, Tom Kimball has been patient and kind to me throughout the writing process.
I am 73 now. I spent my birthday with my good friend, Craig. I realized that I have been out of the Navy for over 33 years. Life has been a journey to say the least.
I hope this Christmas letter finds all of you well not only through this holiday season but throughout all of the seasons this coming year.

Great communication and customer service.
You left two sacks of microfiber cloths here and i keep forgetting to put them in the car to take them to you......I also need to know if I am scheduled for December cleaning......thanks
Customer service was fantastic! The problem was the cleaning itself. Overall good work, but several spots missed entirely. I was hoping for a deep clean and I received a pretty good clean, in my opinion.
The first deep cleaning was a great disappointment. The rugs in our kitchen were left on the chairs. The drapes in our dinning room were left on the dining room chairs. The family room was not vacuumed in the corner, the cobwebs down our stairwell were still there. Hairs were left in our main floor bathtub under the bath mat. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms was dusted and all the dust was left on the bedspread. The worst part was that a supervisor came to inspect the cleaning and thought the house was all in very good order. This leaves me questioning what kind of standards are taught. We do have a "do over" deep cleaning scheduled for 12/3/15. We hope to have much better results this second time around.
My house smells good and the floors look shiny and clean. My bathrooms sparkle top to bottom

The ladies that came to my home were respectful, polite and made me feel very comfortable. They did a fantastic job and went right to work. I will use the Bellingham office again.

Inconsistency in both cleaning and the workers who are sent. Wish I could have the same
gals return more often. Because the workers are often unfamiliar with my house and needs,
cleaning is therefore inconsistent.
Some of your employees need attitude adjustments. The one who came to my house last week was sullen and behaved as if it was an imposition to be there. I am not asking them to be my best friend, but I am asking that they behave in a manner in which the customer believes they are there to do their job and do a good job.
It was so good to get my house cleaned and to feel dust-free again. I appreciate the young women using my special laminate floor cleaner. Since I have only had one cleaning so far, it is difficult to reply more fully. Ask me again after several more cleanings.
