the complaining, plus showing up at unusual times like 5pm and on a friday but not the following week and not getting an invoice and having to guess how many hours to pay for, plus NREAKING AN EXPENSIVE COLLECTOR COOKIE JAR AND TOSSING THE PIECES OUT SO I COULD NOT REPAIR IT.

We have about 15 employees and this service is the first in a very long time, that no one complains to me about. The toilet paper and towels are filled, the floors, toilets and surrounds are clean. We are happy!

I believe I was overcharged for your last visit. I am starting to find areas that need attention. The technique of only doing what really needs done requires paying attention to what needs done and what has been done. I was watching one real dusty area on my dresser and it was still just as dusty after your last visit. I dusted the area. I have run my dry swifter duster along the base boards in the master bath after visits and found a considerable amount of "dust". This tells me that items are not moved and the edges of the floor are not addressed but the easy to do center of the floor is. There is more.

The house is always left in wonderful (and clean) condition. Merry Maid days have become my favorite days.

The last few weeks the kitchen floor has not been clean.

Having a consistant team show up would go a long way to improve the consistancy of performance.

I appreciate the professionalism--on time, efficient, and thorough. Team members are well trained and cheerful. They always accommodate requests with a smile.

Maids come 2 times a month, last time I asked them to focus on dust, specifically, the top of the refrigerator, safe, tops of mirrors ( sills ) and so forth - after they left I went back to find none of those areas had been dusted. I had two excellent maids for over a year, and they quit, and since then, I can't seem to find a team who really knows how to clean.

I think the staff do a thorough job and appreciate their hard work.
