Great crew made my move out cleaning feel great. They took extra time and even rid the stove top of some unsightly scratches!

The ladies arrive, set about their work, then leave quietly. Afterward my house sparkles and looks clean and neat. I really appreciate it.

Walking into my house after a long day at work to
the smell of “clean” is an instant stress relief. I love the anxiety that melts away when I can see my floors, countertops, and sink again instead of the clutter that used to be there. I also love that the fingerprints are removed from my stainless steel dishwasher. Tanicia goes above and beyond with her team, helps me clean and organize things I don’t have the willpower to do on my own, and is great with interacting and redirecting my younger cat who likes to be in everyone’s space and causing trouble. If I can’t be there for the clean that day, I know the fur babies and my house are in good hands. Thank you!!

As a long-time monthly Merry Maids client, I am happy to provide an assessment of their services. My standard crew lead by Gracie is outstanding. They are always on-time else in contact with me should an issue arise. They arrive prepared and ready to preform, are polite, efficient, are able to quickly react to any last-minute alterations in services, and respectful of personal property.

Effective and not smelly or dangerous

Very professional young ladies, really got in and did a fabulous job for the 1st time, tackled the ugly walk in shower.

Hallie is amazing! she definitely is the brightest star cleaning team leader we've had....such a lovely person as well....She makes sure the house looks spotless :)
i'm hoping the floor steam cleaning situation gets sorted so i can maintain my 10 out of 10 rating...with dogs, i really need the floor properly steam cleaned once a month as i can only do minor swiffer cleaning on my own :)

I’m very pleased with the cleaners and the job they do. Lately though the dispatch system has been wonky. One week I was surprised when the cleaners showed up an hour early and this month an hour late. I know you all are working on it though

The people are fast and efficient.

I had three of the most polite and friendly young ladies in my home for hours. They asked twice, during this period of time, to walk through my home with them to point out anything they may have missed or that I would like cleaned. We were very pleased to have them in our home.

Was pretty good overall, but some small spots were missed (or not cleaned enough) like under pantry shelves and some of doors/trim?

I wasn't going to do this survey but I did a walk through with my painter today and now I am steamed. Specifically hired to clean as prep for painting. Mentioned it many times that the walls need to be cleaned for PAINTING which means getting the grime, cobwebs, food splatter and what not off. Same with the painted cupboards, were supposed to be cleaned for PAINTING. Not leave dirt / dust / food bits. Went thru with my painter and he was absolutely appalled and showed me where he could wipe grime off the walls, the dead spider stuck to the ceiling, cobwebs and dirt above the picture rails (all wood was supposed to be cleaned also). Now I have to pay his time to clean with TSP.
The bathroom woodwork wasn't cleaned. There was still pile of sawdust on the shelf above the sink and grime on the window sill. The interior cabinets still had dust in the corners and back. The little 2 step ladder was too short for the cabinets, let alone cleaning walls.
There was still dirt and loose plaster dust on the baseboards in places that a simple tooth brush could've wiped off. In fact there was a lot of dirt and corners and such that a dry toothbrush would've taken care of. The living room and dining room blinds were kind of cleaned I guess, only because I saw the dining room one being wiped. The concept of flipping the blinds both ways to get both sides didn't appear to be implemented. I could still wipe dust on the living room one. The bedroom blinds weren't even attempted to be cleaned, they were in the same position and still dirty. Also I specifically asked that the full window pane wood be cleaned not just the sill and sides. Yeah that would've required raising the blinds and I could tell that didn't happed. Toothbrush would've made short work of it.
So apparently I'm going to be charged $900 for 5 hrs work (I assume they took a 1/2 lunch that I'm not paying for) and now I'm going to pay extra painters time. That's a lot of time for walking around with a duster on the walls and lightly wiping things.
Again, I was very upfront this was for PAINT PREP, I told the cleaners several times it was for PAINT PREP. I got the impression they were told the min hours quoted and poked around to kill the time and then when I showed up announced they said they were just finishing up. I have a feeling if I hadn't showed up they would've killed another hour or two to reach the high end of the quote.
I just want to finish with we hired an old couple to clean our old house prior to sale and they busted their butts wiping down the walls and wood work. They put real elbow grease into it.

Steam mop is great.

Overall very good quality. Sometimes could be more attention to detail - but just being nit picky.

Not everyone can afford your rates. Some folks prefer consistency with staff. That’s why I would not recommend to everyone.

My whole house sparkled … it had a squeaky clean feel I could sense from the moment I came home. My house is always clean and shiny so to up it a notch is hard to do but the girls were up to the chalange! The gas range was beautifully cleaned as were my wood and tile floors. They vacuumed into every corner and it looked absolutely perfect. I also noticed the mirrors and bathroom fixtures… no residu of product left behind just clean everywhere

Was very easy to make appointment and facilitate consultation with initial visit by Kathryn. Day of cleaning appointment, Tanacia and two young ladies appeared, friendly and very efficient and thorough. Very satisfied with service and time spent, only requiring 30 minutes so stayed within my budget. Will contact Merry Maids again with any future cleaning needs.

Jenna did a great and thorough job with the kitchen: no complaints! The rest of the house, specifically the bathrooms and floors, seemed to be lacking in thoroughness for what I expected from a deep clean.

They worked very hard on a difficult house.
But overall , they did a very good job of cleaning up a dirty house.

The team, who shows up is prompt and consistently does the same tasks as assigned. They leave a nice note to tell us what they focused on. The work seems mostly thorough. The cost is high. They are flexible when I need to cancel or reschedule.

They were great - very prompt and thorough! I would definitely use them again!
