The team and service was excellent. Your pricing structure is a bit high. $90/hour bill rate is just slightly lower than what I pay for the trades in construction. I did not do a lot of price comparisons in your industry, but seems on the high side. But want to be clear that the people and service were great.

We spent over 2 days cleaning the house after your team "cleaned" it.
I will say that the bathrooms were cleaned. That is the only positive thing. Even the vacuuming wasn't done efficiently.
The refrigerator was wiped down, but there were obvious, large unclean sections of it. I'm not sure why you're charging extra for something that was in the original quote and something that was done poorly. As already stated, the fridge was left unplugged which caused even more of a mess.
The kitchen counters had smudges.
The oven was not touched although it was unplugged at one point since the clock was incorrect. The oven clock being reset was not a power issue. I get informed every time the power goes out in the house.
The kitchen and bathroom cupboards and drawers were not cleaned. The excuse was that they were full, but only one cupboard was full. The rest were not.
The window casings, if they were cleaned, were not cleaned well. One window was even left unlocked.
The hall closet and entryway were not mopped, or if they were, they were left dirty.
It really feels like the crew that did this cleaning really didn't care about the quality of work being done.
Very pleased with punctuality. Clean is excellent. Ladies personable. Products used do not have chemical smell.
We only had our first visit, it was a deep cleaning, and the crew spent several hours working in our home. Attention was given to our home (new construction) around all areas, and when you have new construction, the dust was everywhere but the crew did well to get all areas cleaned.
I was very impressed with Merry Maids organization and follow through. They have a great system in place so that my experienced felt both very streamlined and well thought out. The house looked amazing for the budget I had to work with. All areas discussed were sparkling clean. Except for one corner near the entrance that I could see would be easy to overlook and not hard for me to take care of, but I had hoped they would have caught it. I would recommend Merry Maids to others.
The cleaning team is quite thorough and the products don’t have any harsh smell or greasy residue.

Company is responsive and professional. It provides efficient staff to meet my needs and regularly seeks my comments and suggestions. The personnel it assigns are punctual, ready to work, properly equipped, are personable and polite, if necessary, the staff asks questions, and are respectful of personal property.
The girls leave a nice presentation after leaving.

A team of two young women come to my house every other week. These folks are very professional and provide thorough cleaning services.. They are efficient and polite. I recommend them to potential clients. When I have needed to change scheduling , the Staff Director/Manager has been very agreeable and helpful. Thank you.

The staff is wonderful and detailed
The cleaning was done ok. They did get a lot done. However, there were plenty of missed items. I really dirty drawer in the kitchen was completely missed. The glass overhead hanging lights in dining and kitchen looked like they had just been dusted quickly. They really needed to be washed. Had to do it myself. Had to go through and take a broom to the baseboards in areas. A few other items not what I expected, but a few items I was pleasantly surprised were cleaner than I thought they would be able to get. They did a pretty good job overall, I just was expecting a more thorough cleaning as I specifically said it had to be very clean top to bottom as it will be listed for sale soon.
I want to discontinue my service with you. The last two cleaning were disappointing. Please cancel any future cleaning dates I have scheduled.
