I didn't see a high level of attention to detail in the bathrooms. There were still spots on the kitchen floor (on the edges of the refrigerator and cabinets) that were not cleaned.
The cleaners do such a nice job! They are amazing and always clean my kitchen floor on their hands and knees. I'm very greatful to have them to help. -First name removed
The level of clean is very inconsistent. Cleaners often appear in a hurry, as they leave behind their cleaning clothes and cleaning bottles. The vacuuming is done only in the middle open areas and not behind the furniture or along the French doors as requested several time. Cobwebs were left in the window sill. The kitchen floor appears to have been dry mopped as dirty several dirty spots were left. No cleaning of the back splash above the stove or along the kitchen counters.

The trash wasn't taken out which I have never experienced with any other cleaning service. Crew was a bit late and because it was the end of the day I was concerned it was going to end up being a "rush job". Because this was a deep clean (and regardless), I was worried I wouldn't get my money's worth.Crew did great and even had a 3rd person come along. Would have been helpful if I got a txt tho' letting me know they would be late. Also, stairs didn't appear to be vacuumed but I've followed up with the home office and hopefully that will be resolved. Other than that, very professional, courteous, and it was clear they cared for my belongings like their own. **Very much** appreciated!! (Please share good and bad. We all need to hear the good especially! :))
Clean the areas on the faucet where pieces join together
Had our initial deep cleaning. 2 people were sent and were there for almost 8 hours but a lot of dusting was missed and floors weren't cleaned thoroughly. I think during the initial walk through the size of our house was underestimated. We have quite a bit of stone tile and granite on our main floor. They should have had at least 3 if not 4 people come initially.
It was a very helpful service. The price is a bit high so I would only recommend with a word about rates.It's just what comes from it being a bigger business. Do not share my name or other information. Thank you.
