Everyone was very nice. The cost was extremely high for a cleaning service. Since it was so expensive I was expecting very happy that quality work, but the cleaning was only average.

Also I noticed my credit card was charged before anyone even arrived at my home. I think it is in poor taste to charge for unrendered services. That in combination with the exorbitant fees makes Merry Maid look greedy.

If your cleaning crew finishes what they felt was all necessary jobs but with a large chunk of promised time left that was paid for, it would be good if they asked if there was something else that really could be done in that time. On their prepaid 2nd visit the MMs were about 12-15 min. late and left 30 min before time given in initial arrangements. I believe the jobs estimated for the second visit were too few but I didn't feel comfortable saying that to the two cleaners. They were both friendly and personable.

Each time someone is there to clean the overall is good. Just there is usually the small things missed such as light switches/plates and back splashes are not cleaned as well as cupboard fronts/handles. I used to clean for apartment building change outs so may be picky but received less pay than per unit than I pay Merry Maids.

There is a window sil in our bathroom that has not been cleaned other than when I clean it since Merry maids started out cleaning. Base boards are usually missed also.

early consistency. A year out we're still adding to the 'notebook' of what should get cleaned and not cleaned. These are often items that we're discussed during the initial walk through.

It is a great feeling to have everything clean at the same time.

I was very pleased with the cleaning. My only concerns were:

1. The woman keeping track of time wrote in her book that they began work at 1:30 pm when they actually began at 1:45. I called her on this and she changed the time in her notes. I always note the time when the begin and end cleaning.

2. The rugs upstairs were not vacuumed.

Outside of this, I was very happy with the work.

The things that I mentioned that I wanted done to the supervisor did not get done. The girls worked hard but missed several thins. They seemed very young and like this was one of the first houses they cleaned.

Came over a half hour late. Worked very slowly. Would not wipe out the inside of the refrigerator or oven. Said it would cost extra. Out in 2 hours with no option to stay longer. Used Merry Maids in MN and they were fantastc, these gals were not.

I appreciate that I can count on the workers to come in, do the work, and lock up when they leave. (esp when my family and I are not at home).

Merry Maids offers a through cleaning service. I am a single man living with a Calico cat. I am a retired military man and a disabled veteran with limited mobility. I am not able to clean my bathroom the way Merry Maids do.

Nice to come home to a clean house.

I think Merry Maids is good for maintenance cleaning. I do not expect really deep cleaning based on their time restraints.

The house at 3701 E. Connecticut sreet has been mainly occupied by only one guy for months now, with the occasional visit from others, as the work schedule brings them to town. Not a difficult job to clean a space that is hardly used. However, this past Monday, my eldest son stayed over. The cleaning team was there on Tuesday and he said after they had left that his bed had not been made nor had the trash cans on the main floor been emptied. To me this suggests that they have become too accustomed to a largely empty house and have become lazy. I just received a renewal reminder from your service regarding discounted rates if we resign. I'm afraid your service has lost my trust. It's hard for me to know how long this low level of service has been going on. Please have someone call me. Phone number removed.

Same team leader each cleaning. Frequent management on site review if the job done. Over this last year quality of cleaning has decreased.

The staff -- usually Diana , with Adriana or others are very helpful and do a good job .
Always respond to my request to alter up the schedule .

all the staff, at every level, are friendly and professional. the cleaners arrive on time or call ahead to let me know if they've been delayed, which is rare. i like that the cleaning products used are not artificially scented and don't cause problems with my allergies. i'm VERY pleased with the service i receive, and have been so for the whole of the more than 5yrs that i have been a customer. i do highly recommend merry maids bellingham to any and all who need a good reliable cleaning service. dedmanshootn
