Lousy service, contacted for follow up and resolution never had anyone follow through.

The last couple of visits, I have noticed that staff is dusting around items on shelves or dressers and not moving the items. Please have staff carefully move items so that they can dust the entire surface. I am starting to see dust lines. Otherwise, service is great!

I guess I was surprised to learn I was paying over $90 an hour for cleaning my house. Diane told me the $180 a cleaning was for two hours. When I talked to Danielle, I asked her how much time I was paying for, and she said 1 and a 1/2 hours to an hour 45 minutes. The girls rarely stay two hours. They do a good job and are responsive to things I show them I want done better. I would recommend Merry Maids, but I would mention that other agencies charge less for quality cleaning. Name removed

I think the workers are very dependable and reliable. I think the products oar OK, but I suply some products That they do not have.

Improve consistency.
To many times my bathroom fans have been left on all day and the bathroom rugs left on the bed instead of being put back in the bathroom.
Hope this helps. Over-all we are pleased with the job and cost, but had your recent letter had an increase in our costs we would have cancelled the service.

Prompt, The cleaning people are here on time and they go to work and finish in the least amount of time and intrusion

It is great to come home to a clean house. They come on time or call to let me know they might be late or could come early.That is extremely helpful. I am a very time conscious individual.

My experience is both the service and the products were great.

Here are my thoughts:
1. Make it so that I wouldn't notice a difference when different team members are filling in (or swapped) for other team members. I suppose you could call this a uniformity issue.
2. Make it so I would also not notice a difference when management (or a manager) visits to review current crew cleaning. There is a difference when a manager is out to our home to point out what can (& can not) be done to improve.
I think, perhaps, if management (or a manager) were following behind (or with) their crew members on a more regular basis, there would be more similarities between teams (& between individual team members), and ultimately the differences would subside... and we wouldn't "notice", and I would not "miss" the other [person/team].
Please note: I do not believe these are individual worker issues; I believe that the workers do great work, for the work they do, but simply need more guidance on a regular basis, while at the actual locations. (Especially if they've never been to a particular location).

The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh without smelling like chemicals. Everything was in perfect order and looked great.

I was delighted with everything about the Merry Maids experience. It started with the great phone conversation with Diana, who understood my requests and set up my cleaning date easily. Danielle's visit to survey our home was friendly and efficient. She made note of special features and requests so that when Gracie and Maria arrived (right on time), they felt prepared.

I worked up in my home office during the time Garcie and Maria were working. They only asked a couple of questions to clarify and took the initiative to do things I never expected them to do. They worked hard and the house looked and smelled great when they finished. I felt that having their own equipment and products was a plus since they were used to the equipment and confident in the effectiveness of the products. I felt as though our home was in good hands.

Merry Maids delivers on all promises with professionalism and grace. Working with them is a wonderful experience.

There were several areas that were not cleaned efficiently. Such as the freezer. Food product was left in the corners. Toilet bowl rims not cleaned properly. Bathtub and edge of tub still dirty. Washing machine had dirt and hair left in it. Glass not cleaned on screen door as I requested. Then when they left one of the ladies left her coat and keys in the house after it was locked. I had to make special arrangements to get her in to get her things.

The crew is friendly and does what I ask.

Service seems to be inconsistent. Last cleaning they did not clean the kitchen counter, left my chair turned sideways and the bathroom rug was left hanging on the door.
Before that the bathroom fans have been left on , on more than one occasion.
